The five axis vertical machining center is mainly used for flexible and efficient machining of valve body, thin wall, shell and frame parts.The machine tool adopts a double axis turntable, and the workpiece can automatically and continuously complete multiple plane high-speed milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other processing procedures after a clamping. Five axis CNC system is configured to realize five axis and five linkage to meet the machining requirements of spatial surface.

Overall layout and structural characteristics of machine tools

The main structure of  five axis vertical machining center adopts gantry moving beam type layout.The x-axis, Y-axis and z-axis are arranged above the machine tool.The sliding plate on the beam moves left and right to realize the x-axis movement of the machine tool, the beam moves back and forth to realize the y-axis movement of the machine tool, and the headstock moves up and down to realize the z-axis movement of the machine tool.The two axis cradle turntable is arranged horizontally and is located at the lower part of the main structure of the machine tool. The cradle angle swing realizes the a-axis movement of the machine tool, and the rotary movement of the worktable realizes the c-axis movement of the machine tool.

The main large parts of the machine tool:the body,beam,column, etc. are cast by high-strength cast iron and resin sand process, with perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, and sufficient stiffener plates are arranged.The best structure is obtained through finite element analysis to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength and rigidity.

  Main axis

The main axis adopts 20000 RPM electrical main axis produced by international famous brand, with power of 40 / 25 (peak / continuous) kW; Torque 135 / 87 (peak / continuous) N.m . It has high precision and high rigidity.After the whole set of main axis is assembled under constant temperature, it passes the dynamic balance correction and running test, which improves the service life and high reliability of the whole set of main axis.The main axis can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range. The main axis is controlled by the built-in encoder of the motor, which can realize the functions of main axis orientation and rigid tapping.

_^Turntable

The turntable is selected from  professional worktable suppliers. The table is a double axis trunnion rotary worktable. The rotary axis is directly driven by torque motor without intermediate transmission link, which realizes fast, efficient and accurate motion control.Hydraulic automatic clamping, accurate and reliable movement. Axis A is the swing axis and axis C is the rotation axis. Circular grating is configured to achieve high rotation accuracy.

C-axis can be equipped with turning function, and the maximum speed is 1000rpm.

 

Tool holder

The machine tool adopts 32 chain tool holder of international famous brand, with the maximum tool length of 300mm and the diameter of free tool is φ 80 / 130mm, installed on the left side of the machine tool, driven by the motor, the manipulator is used to grasp the tool,and equipped with a too and no tool detection switch to change the tool accurately and quickly.
