Equipment configuration
1. Reaction tank system:
Stainless steel 310S reaction tank, constructed according to corresponding pressure vessels. Add one type of material at a time, and do not add more than two kinds of immiscible materials for separate hydrogen treatment.
2. Heating system:
The electric furnace is a split heating furnace with the operating temperature ≤800 ºC. The resistance wire heating method is used, and the maximum power is 40KW.
3. Power supply introduction system:
380V three-phase five wire input, with a total power of 60KW, must be safely grounded and grounded by lightning protection (the above external wiring shall be completed by the Demander).
4. Cooling system:
The air blowing type is used for slow cooling. When the cooling temperature is below 300 ºC, the spray type water cooling method is used for cooling. The discharge can only be carried out when the temperature is below 50 ºC.
5. Feeding and discharging system:
The spiral feeding and docking protection feeding mode is adopted for raw materials,and the discharging is realized by oxygen free docking with the barrel through the magnetic flow seal at the feeding port, and there is no residue in the discharging.
6. Rotation mode:
Driven by servo motor, which can be set arbitrarily according to the process requirements (0.2-5 rpm).
7. Thermocouple temperature measuring mechanism:
4 sets of temperature detection devices are used, digital real-time display and PID silicon controlled temperature control are adopted.
8. Vacuum system:
A two-stage vacuum system with 2H-70B mechanical pump and ZJPC-300 roots pump,with one vacuum display control (two digital display control). The limit vacuum degree of empty furnace is 5 * 10-1Pa, The hydrogen pressure in the system pipeline
can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0.01~0.096MPa (gauge pressure), that is, the absolute hydrogen absorption pressure ≤ 0.2MPa.
9. Electrical control operating system:
PLC automatic control system with touch screen panel operation.
10. Safety detection system:
Pressure detection devices are installed at the inlet valves (hydrogen, argon and air) and one pointer display), one vacuum display control (two digital display controls), four temperature display controls (digital), two hydrogen leakage alarms, 12 alarm
devices are installed on the main pipeline, and leakage detection, hydrogen absorption, dehydrogenation (two-stage process) In case of power failure or failure during cooling, there are 3 sets of standby procedures (through alarm indication and
LCD prompt operation), with 4-way recorder and secondary safety relief valve.
Installation conditions
1.Environmental requirements:
The equipment must be installed in a ventilated plant, and there must be an exhaust device and hydrogen detection device above the equipment. The Demander shall prepare the foundation and embedded pipeline of the equipment in advance according to the equipment plan, foundation drawing and line layout provided by Party B. The Demander shall be responsible for the civil works related to the equipment; Under the guidance of the Supplier, the Demander shall assist in unloading and storage of the equipment after arrival and place it in the installation position.
2.The Demander shall meet the following conditions:
Compressed air: the pressure of the compressed air connected shall not be less than 500KPa (the air pressure shall be less than 400KPa, which will cause abnormal opening and closing of the pneumatic valve), and the pressure of the argon connected shall not be less than 500KPa. Except for hydrogen, all gas pipelines must be connected to the equipment, and the water atmosphere in each gas shall be as little as possible, especially argon, which is not allowed to have water atmosphere;The hydrogen pipeline must be installed with 304 pipeline ≤ DN48, and the vacuum pressure manual ball valve (304 or 316 material) shall be installed in the middle of the pipeline, and at least the pressure gauge (preferably digital display pressure gauge) shall be installed in the middle of the pipeline, which shall be installed by the Demander. All pipelines must be connected to the signal ground
according to the national standard (≤ 4 Ω)
3.Cooling water:
It is required to be free of impurities. A filter shall be installed at the water inlet, and neutral water with PH value of 7.0 shall be used.
