We have been engaged in production of ISOSTATIC PRESS MACHINE for more than 20 years.

In 2021, we began researching fully automated production lines based on CIP.

In 2023, we successfully delivered the first set of fully automated loading and unloading CIP to Russia. So far, it has been running very well without any after-sales service.

We have made many improvements based on this automatic loading and unloading CIP system, and have now developed a fully automatic production line solution from powder loading to CIP pressing.

We have also applied a patent for this automatic solution.

Technical Solution for Graphite Automatic Production Line
This system mainly includes:
after the completion of graphite powder production, the loading powder to the mold and vibrating, transmission, and the vacuum operation is performed simultaneously with manual closing of the mold, followed by automatic flushing of the mold to ensure its cleanliness. And automatically transfer the loaded molds to the CIP pressing process, driven by the transverse traction electric cylinder and the electrically controlled permanent magnet lifting mechanism, to achieve automatic entry and exit of the loaded mold tray into the high-pressure cylinder of the CIP through the loading basket. We have achieved basic automation in the entire process from mold powder loading, transmission to CIP pressing, and automatic  loading and unloading of the mold(manual operation is required for closing plug).
 
System Overview

This system mainly consists of: automatic degassing and powder loading system, conveying system, automatic mold flushing system, automatic loading and unloading system of CIP, automatic pressing system of CIP.

 
Our Advantages

1.The mold loading system adopts vacuum suction, degassing loading, and auxiliary vibration platform to compact the material. Especially for degassing loading, this is a new technology that has obtained invention patents. Using degassing loading can minimize dust, improve the working environment, reduce noise, and increase the amount of material transferred.

2.In order to ensure the vacuum level of the materials inside the mold after loading, we have added an vibration platform after loading, while minimizing dust and noise to the greatest extent possible. And after manual sealing, vacuum operation was carried out to ensure the density and vacuum degree of the material loaded in the mold.

3.W
e have added a mold flushing function. After completing the loading and sealing, the mold enters the flushing room for automatic flushing, ensuring the cleanliness of the working medium in the CIP vessel.

4. The system has a reasonable layout, smooth process connection, and high degree of automation. The significance of promoting technological progress in the industry is extraordinary.
